'Customer Ratings' can be improved by analysizing the 'reviews & ratings' given by travellers in the recent past. This can be easily done using the 'Analytics' section of InGo-MMT. ( Ratings & Reviews section in Analytics). Guests 'Likes', 'Dislikes' can be checked and you can work on points that the guests are disliking.


 Also, you can check the average rating score basis different traveller segments like 'Family Travelers', 'Couple Travelers', 'Business Traveller', etc. The segement which is giving you relatively lesser core can be worked upon by providing services/amenities relevant to that segment.


Moreover, you can gauge the paramenters of review on which you are getting lesser ratings/feedbacks and strive to improve on the same.

For Instance, if you are rated less on 'Services', you should work on improving the services, may be be training the staff.
