You can view the contact details of the guest 3 days prior to the check-in, and contact the guests, you will have access to their e-mail id and contact numbers. Additionally, you can make a call directly to the guests using InGo-MMT mobile application.

You can also chat with your guests using our guest chat feature. This chat is like a normal WhatsApp chat, either you or guest can initiate the chat. If this feature is not activated for you, please get in touch with your Business Development Manager.
