You can change the contact details of your property using 'Property Tab' on InGo-MMT Extranet. Property Tab has a section 'Contact', where you can update your contact details like phone number, mobile number and e-mail ids. You can also mention multiple contact numbers and e-mail ids. For instance, your property is managed by a few staff members; you can mention their contact details too.

InGo-MMT sends multiple emails, communications, etc to you, if in case multiple contact details are added, none of the communication get missed.
